About the Learnership Programme

Eskom is offering a Power Plant Learnership for the 2027 intake. This programme provides theoretical and practical training in power generation, electrical engineering, and plant operations at various power stations across South Africa.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Eskom Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizenship

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science

• Must be between 18 and 35 years old

• Must be willing to work shifts

• Medically fit to work in a power plant environment
