About the Learnership Programme

Standard Bank is offering a Finance Learnership Programme for 2027 intake. This 12-month programme provides accredited NQF Level 4 training in banking services, financial management, and customer relations.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Standard Bank Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizenship

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting

• Must be between 18 and 30 years old

• Must be currently unemployed and not studying full-time

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
